I am currently accepting new clients and work with individuals, teens, and families who feel stuck in patterns they do not fully understand — whether that shows up as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting effects of complex trauma. My approach centers on attachment, family systems, and Internal Family Systems-informed work. Together, I enjoy exploring early relationships, family roles, protective patterns, substance use and mental health impacts, and intergenerational dynamics while building insight, self-compassion, emotional safety, connection, and self-trust.

I help clients explore the deeper roots of distress, including complex trauma, attachment wounds, family roles, protective patterns, and intergenerational dynamics. Through attachment, family systems, and Internal Family Systems-informed therapy, I offer a compassionate space to build insight, emotional safety, connection, and lasting change.
