I help couples and individuals find freedom from their most challenging patterns. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues, and specialize in helping couples navigate the impacts of developmental trauma. I work from an interpersonal, attachment-based, and Family Systems lens, and incorporate trauma-informed modalities of somatic awareness, mindfulness, and IFS/parts work.
In the container of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, we will build awareness of your process—physical, mental, emotional, and interpersonal—as it unfolds both in and out of session. This combination of connection and awareness, over time, can transform the way you relate to yourself, to others, and to the wider world.
My experience includes working with the LGBTQ+ community and adults looking to build creative and alternative lifestyles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a professional musician, educator, and outdoor trip leader. I am trained in Buddhist Psychology through Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
