I work with people who are healing from painful experiences, processing trauma, and trying to make sense of how the past still shows up in their lives today. We'll work through those experiences while also focusing on what's next. We'll build your confidence to speak up for what you want and need, set healthier boundaries, and create relationships that feel safe, connected, and genuine.
My office is a place where we can sort through the messy parts of healing together. No filter needed—I welcome real talk and you'll get the same from me. You don't have to have the right words or pretend you're doing better than you are.
I work with blended families, dating after divorce, sex and intimacy, anxiety and perfectionism, trauma and EMDR, betrayal trauma and infidelity. My best work happens with clients who want to create a new way forward - getting unstuck from a cycle of pain and fear and create boundaries that lead to healthy connection.
I get that starting therapy can feel a bit unnerving, as someone who has been there myself. I want you to feel comfortable starting the process, and I set aside any judgment or expectations.
