I specialize in treatment of individuals with Post Traumatic Stress, Depression, Anxiety, and Behavioral Issues as well as families facing various struggles including divorce, blended families, and other transitions of the family life cycle.
To address the various needs of my clients, I provide an Interdisciplinary Approach to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, and Extended Family Systems Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients in order to increase their insight and growth.
