I have a passion for working with individuals of any age facing anxiety, depression, family issues, behavioral concerns, self injury, trauma and individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. The therapuetic modalities I use most include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness based interventions, yet I appreciate getting creative and using eclectic approaches to meet each client where they are at.
I value the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist. I like to work collaboratively with each client to process their current concerns and assess together what strengths can be discovered or changes can be made in order to find the most happiness and success within their daily lives. Genuine attunement, acceptance and humor are promised.
