In the counseling room, I desire to create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, empathy, respect, & authenticity so you can feel empowered to be yourself. My counseling experience consists of supporting adolescents, women, & couples through the peaks & valleys of life. Some of the experiences these clients faced include trauma, boundary & attachment issues, behavioral & sexual issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, past hurts, relationship disconnection & spiritual issues. I am also a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, & use this program to support premarital & marital couples through assessment & enrichment.
Areas of special interest include adolescents, marital and pre-marital, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, life transitions, spiritual issues, boundaries, and other relational issues.
