I specialize in Synergetic Play Therapy and feel honored to support children and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Through Synergetic Play Therapy, I understand behaviors in play as communication and work with the nervous system as the foundation for healing.
Rather than focusing on “fixing” behaviors, I aim to support children build regulation, resilience, and self-awareness through safe, attuned, relational play. I believe that when a child feels deeply seen and supported, growth unfolds naturally.
I also partner closely with caregivers, offering insight, practical tools, and collaboration so families feel supported every step of the way. I work with children and adolescents ages 4–17yo with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, attachment challenges, and trauma.
