Parenting can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, or the effects of stressful life experiences. You may find yourself wondering how to help while feeling exhausted, worried, or unsure where to start. My goal is to help children and caregivers feel more supported, connected, and empowered. I work with children and teens ages 4–17 experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment challenges, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, family transitions, and school-related concerns.
As a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, I help children and teens develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and self-awareness through play and relationship-based therapy. Rather than focusing solely on behavior, I work with the nervous system to understand what may be driving a child's experiences and support lasting change.
My approach is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe, attuned relationships. I also provide parent coaching and caregiver support to strengthen connection at home. You and your child don't have to navigate these challenges alone—meaningful growth and healing are possible.
