Life is challenging, and I believe humans were never meant to face life's challenges alone. I work with clients who are interested in exploring how childhood experiences, relationships, trauma, and deeply held beliefs that shape their inner world. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, or major life transitions. With over 7 years of experience supporting adult survivors of domestic and sexual violence, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore patterns, emotions, and change.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining attuned to each persons nervous system, history, and relational needs. My approach is relational and humanistic and I integrate EFT, somatic techniques including Brainspotting, as well as CBT and ERP to support healing from trauma and chronic distress such as anxiety.
Therapy works best when it feels collaborative, grounded, and human. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside clients in this work. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with current availability on Wednesday & Friday mornings, and limited openings on Tuesdays. Anticipating maternity leave in September.
