Teaching people how to navigate life's challenges is my passion! I work with children, adolescents, and young adults. Having experience as both a school counselor and a special education teacher, I am familiar with the challenges that students face, both socially and academically.
I work with a variety of concerns, but especially enjoy teaching clients how to build self-esteem, set and meet personal goals, resolve relationship conflicts, manage anxiety, and cope with grief.
My favorite part of my work includes validating client feelings and experiences and creating a comfortable therapeutic environment. I truly want to help those I work with become the happiest and most fulfilled versions of themselves!
