I am certified to complete TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to treat PTSD, I am experienced in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help treat and assess Depression and Anxiety and finally DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). My goal is to help all of my clients work through and accept hardships rather than feel defined by their past.
I have a passion for helping individuals work through grief, expected or unexpected by helping clients rewrite their daily narratives in order to overcome tragic loss.
