I can walk alongside you and your child as you navigate challenges within your story. I offer an empathic listening ear and a nonjudgmental perspective. I use a variety of approaches such as CBT, ACT, and offer a holistic view of counseling. When working with children I enjoy using play therapy. Play is helpful for children to process their story.
As a Christian Counselor I can offer guidance and insight for the spiritual aspect of your story. Everyone’s journey in faith is different and unique wherever you are on your journey whether you are doubting, questioning, or simply just don’t know where to start, I can help and offer a safe place to process your faith.
