I have a passion for helping folks find their way back to a place of inner peace, happiness, and connection. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma/PTSD, relationship challenges, depression, and anxiety. I am a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and the Dignity Model for Transgender healthcare.
