Hi! I am currently accepting new clients. We all experience pain and suffering in our lives, at one point or another, and when we do, many of us aren’t entirely equipped with the tools and skills we need to effectively cope and push forward. Sometimes pain can be resolved within a short amount of time - maybe after a loss or significant change. Sometimes it sticks with us longer and weighs on us more heavily. No matter the case, it is always helpful to talk to someone about our struggles.
I am a kind and compassionate person who loves to listen and assist individuals in developing insight into their challenges and finding healthy ways to manage emotions or unproductive behaviors. I believe that unconditional positive regard, kindness, and validation are keys to unlocking one’s heart and soul to the process of interpersonal growth.
I am very non-judgmental and acknowledge that there is a real, underlying reason we often engage in unhealthy behavior. It is important to alleviate guilt and shame around these actions in order to gain perspective and thrive in our lives.
