I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and identity shifts—especially when you understand why you feel the way you do, but still feel stuck. My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic approaches, DBT skills, and relational therapy.
