We all need to know we are heard, seen, and known by someone. I can help provide this. We may use physical movement, body scans, mindfulness, building coping skills, talk therapy, or EMDR. Trauma gets stored in the body and may need physical movement and awareness to heal. Trauma is also often the root cause of substance use.
