I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience working with children, teens, emerging adults, and adults. I support individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, and major life transitions including co-parenting, career shifts, and college adjustments. I create a nonjudgmental, client-centered space that encourages growth through an individualized, strengths-based lens.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Carlow University. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, person-centered, and solution-focused brief therapy to support client needs in a personalized and collaborative manner.
