Hi, my name is Call, and I am a culturally sensitive, contextually mindful therapist. I understand that we often know what we want and may even have a sense of how to achieve it. However, when we're feeling vulnerable, we become our own biggest obstacle. In our work together, we will explore new ways of approaching your pain, so that you can break free from unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
I believe in balancing seriousness with playfulness, structure with flexibility, and my knowledge with your expertise of yourself.
Therapy is a big commitment, and I honor that by using methods that work. I use evidence-based approaches, including an emerging version of Dialectical Behavior Therapy that integrates ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), to help you move towards a more fulfilling life.

I also offer parent coaching .Parent coaching can provide the necessary tools and support to parents whose kids are struggling. If your family is facing a crisis due to a child's diagnosis of OCD, or anxiety, or if your teen is engaging in risky behaviors such as self-harm, please reach out. Lastly, I do ADHD coaching.
