I have a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as people navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel supported and truly understood.
I often incorporate IFS parts work, and mindfulness-based techniques to help us gently explore the different parts of you that may be holding pain, protection, or past experiences, while also building awareness and connection in the present moment. At the same time, I tailor my approach to each individual, meeting you where you are.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, protected, or burdened for too long.
