Life is not about winning or being successful in the end- it's about finding meaning. It's about personal empowerment, our agency, and freeing ourselves from fear. We are a rich mixture of archetypes, energies, and potential. We have inner conflicts. Instead of reaching resolutions - we often surrender to our impulses and addictions. With hard work, we may evolve our problem into a source of consciousness and growth. When our inner 'healer' is inspired, we struggle towards unifying truth of ourselves. One sees, for a brief time, a glimpse of true acceptance of self, harmony, and most importantly - meaning to life.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist dedicated to fostering inclusivity, resilience, and emotional well-being. Often times we cannot move forward in our healing due to a lack of support, being heard and seen, or being stuck in shame. I assist my clients away from thoughts of "What is wrong with me?" to "What happened to me?" Biological, psychological, and social factors all contribute to our wellbeing. I am here to explore, remain curious, and find ways to assist every client to obtain the support and coping skills needed to thrive. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
