I offer a safe space where clients can ask questions, seek guidance, and access support related to mental health, coping skills, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationships. Clients contact me seeking support around a variety of personal, professional, and mental health challenges, sometimes feeling lonely, worried about the unknown, or unsure about how to move forward. My work is informed by specialized training and education on topics such as identity development, gender, sexuality, attachment, trauma, neurodiversity, and body image.
