We all hit bumps in the road sometimes where we just need to figure out how and where to pivot. Together we can identify what is getting in the way of living your best life and help you to develop the courage and pathway to something more in line with what you envision for yourself.

I have been a therapist for nearly 20 years, and I believe that reaching out for therapy is one of the bravest decisions you can make. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is quoted as saying, "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." Congratulations on taking the first step! In my practice, I work with adults navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, infant loss, relationship issues, recovery, and codependency.

Life often feels like we are driving without a map, unsure how to reach our destinations or what roadblocks lie ahead? My approach is collaborative, practical, and deeply respectful of each person’s story. Together, we’ll uncover unhelpful patterns, build skills that work in real life, and move toward what matters most to you—all in a space where you’ll feel heard.

I like to work collaboratively when assisting clients with various issues from anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. I look forward to working together to see how we can best move forward. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that everyone can become who they are truly meant to be. However, life’s challenges—such as trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming stress—can create blocks that interfere with this natural process, making it difficult to cope or move forward.
