I have a background working in community mental health and working with complex trauma. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework.
