Ideal clients are those that are the ages of 13 - 77; I want these ranges because I feel I can best help them with their issues and needs which for me so far it has been about changing some aspect of themselves that they are having issues with dealing. From the limited exposure the goals are dependent on the client and what they want at the time, I have also learned that being flexible and fluid is the best way to help clients.
I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also verse in Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Positive Psychology and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy. I am currently learning more methodologies and hope to expand my toolbox.
I am passionate about using my skills and expertise in psychology to help individuals unlock their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. I believe that by providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, they can gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.
