I am an LPC-MHSP with 7 years of experience helping clients on the path through mental health challenges. I am trained in EMDR, mindfulness meditation, and person-centered therapy. My office is designed to help you feel safe and at ease. I use comfortable seating, earth tones, essential oils, and soft lighting to create a warm and welcoming space.
