I am currently accepting referrals for both in-person and telehealth sessions! I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to promote positive growth and change. My approach to therapy is to work alongside you and develop client-driven interventions to facilitate the changes you want to see. Throughout our sessions together I will strive to create a nonjudgmental atmosphere and empower you on your journey of self-discovery.
I specialize in working with ADHD with several continued education hours and personal experience. I know it can be difficult to find someone who understands how much ADHD impacts your daily life and have dedicated myself to providing compassion, empathy, and behavior interventions you can utilize to better manage your ADHD.
It is my goal to provide you with an environment of acceptance and understanding. Life can take unexpected turns that can feel overwhelming and stop us from continuing our journey. If you are reading this then you have the ability to make the changes you want to make and continue the journey. I truly look forward to hearing from you.

I work with clients struggling with symptoms of ADHD. During our initial sessions, we will work to identify which executive functioning skills need to be strengthed as we experience delays in these with ADHD. As we identify these areas and introduce skills most clients start to better identify and manage their ADHD within the first two months.

I find myself utilizing Acceptance and Commitment therapy more and more in my practice. As we explore our internal we can't always change what we are thinking but we can often change the relationship we have to our thoughts. It is important to remember that we don't have full control of the thoughts that entire our minds but we can learn to not punish ourselves for a thought that we had.
