With a blend of empathy, warmth, friendly curiosity, and accountability I help clients tackle loneliness and exhaustion, mend broken and anxious parts, and construct more balanced ways of thinking.

Forging real connections with clients has deepened my understanding of human struggles, resilience, and the unique pathways to heal.
