I am a psychotherapist with over forty years experience. I work with individuals, couples and groups who are seeking help with many different issues including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, self esteem, identity, relationship, career and other areas of human concern. I offer a safe and comfortable environment in which to explore issues relating to your life circumstances. My approach is compassionate, supportive and interactive with focus on the whole person. It is important to explore the mind, body, spirit connection to work toward insight, awareness, practical solutions, positive action and change.
