My therapeutic approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, and EMDR. I have experience and training working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, isolation, panic and trauma, as well as, identity, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
