I help children, teens, and young adults make sense of life’s twists and turns—whether it’s major changes at home, difficult peer or family relationships, emotional ups and downs, anxiety, grief, ADHD, eating struggles, or simply feeling stuck. I see myself as a guide alongside my clients, helping them build confidence, recognize their strengths, and move toward healing and growth. I enjoy working with individuals who are open, curious, and ready to take meaningful steps toward positive change.
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life transitions, family challenges, complicated peer relationships, overwhelming emotions, anxiety, grief, ADHD, eating struggles, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
Life can be difficult, and sometimes we just need one person who is truly there to support us. I strive to be that person by creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, welcoming, and engaging. I enjoy incorporating science, art, sports, games, and each client’s individual interests and hobbies into sessions to make therapy both meaningful and personalized
