I specialize in working with trauma, couples therapy and anxiety. I use neuroscience to help reprogram your brain to achieve optimal wellness. I have additional certification in Marriage and Family therapy, The Gottman Method, CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), Certified Veteran and Military Mental Health Professional (CVMHP), and neuroscience coaching/reprogramming. I also do comprehensive ESA evaluations. I tailor my approach to each person using a variety of treatment approaches.
In addition to being a mental health therapist I am also the Clinical Director of my company Luna Integrative Health & Wellness. I want to make it easier for people to live a healthy life so I put evidenced based therapies right in my office. Those include Reiki, Sound Therapy and more!
