It takes courage to open the door to change and possibility. While therapy isn't actual magic, it can do remarkable things for those ready to make changes in their lives. I believe in "human first, therapist second" and bring warmth, openness, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, child and pregnancy-related grief and loss, and trauma. I utilize ACT, somatics, mindfulness, parts work, and EMDR. I am an eco-aware practitioner. I help my clients connect with themselves whatever season they are in, engage in self-discovery, develop radical self-compassion & find meaning.
People find their way to me when they need support and help with anxiety around infertility, depression/anxiety in pregnancy, postpartum depression/anxiety, grief & loss related to miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss, major life transitions, and/or deep grief and fear about the increasingly chaotic and troubling world we live in, including climate change.
