Therapy isn't actual magic, but it can do remarkable things for those ready to make changes in their lives. I believe in "human first, therapist second" & bring warmth and compassion to the therapeutic relationship. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, child and pregnancy-related grief & loss, and trauma. I draw on ACT, somatics, mindfulness, parts work, & EMDR. I'm sex-positive & kink aware, and work with GSR-diverse folks. I'm a collapse-aware and eco-aware therapist. I help clients connect to themselves whatever season they are in, engage in self-discovery, develop radical self-compassion & find meaning.

People find their way to me when they need support with anxiety around infertility, depression and/or anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum, grief & loss related to miscarriage, stillbirth, child loss, major life transitions including peri/menopause, and/or deep grief and fear about the increasingly troubling world we live in, including climate change.

Becoming a parent changes everything: your body, your relationships, your sense of self. It’s beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Led by Caitlyn Wallace, LCSW, PMH-C, this process and skill based therapy group blends evidence-based therapy with compassionate connection, helping you find calm, confidence, and meaning in the tender “fourth trimester” and beyond.
