I graduated from Caldwell University in 2016 with a master’s degree in mental health counseling. I’m currently working in an outpatient setting, working individually with children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorders, life changes, conflict in interpersonal relationships, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. While I do work with clients with a wide array of symptoms and diagnoses, my specialty is working with clients who have experienced trauma.
My role as a therapist is to help guide you on your journey to becoming a better version of yourself. As a clinician who practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help you do that by teaching you to assess and make changes to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am a TF-CBT trained therapist and a certified domestic violence advocate.
