With a lifetime of experience in the sports world and coaching, I’ve seen the natural crossover between coaching and counseling. Many athletes struggling with performance anxiety also experience anxiety in other areas of their lives. My goal is to help individuals develop coping and communication skills that not only improve their performance but also enhance their overall well-being.
