Hello! I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) working in the mental health field for 8+ years. I enjoy guiding my clients through their journey of learning to cope with stress, reframe negative self-talk, increase self-confidence, challenge intrusive thoughts, and change unhealthy coping skills.
Working together, clients will be able to effectively implement healthy coping strategies when triggered, in order to increase overall happiness in their life utilizing CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT approac. My experience as a therapist has included the opportunity to work with clients of all ages including young adolescents, teenagers, and adults.
The main goals for my clients are to improve their overall quality of life, learn healthier coping skills, identify triggers, learn how to utilize the identified coping skills when triggered, process life stressors, and any type of traumas that may be contributing to their mental health.
