Hello! My name is Dr. Royal and I specialize in marriage/couple counseling, along with trauma, anxiety and depression counseling. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to chat with you about your current counseling needs. I accept the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealthcare Shared Services (UHSS), GEHA- UnitedHealthcare Shared Services (UHSS), UnitedHealthcare Global, UnitedHealthcare Exchange Plans (ONEX), Oscar, Harvard Pilgrim, Oxford, UHC Student Resources, UMR, All Savers (UHC), Health Plans Inc. and Surest (Formerly Bind).

Assessments: I am a Prepare-Enrich (P/E) facilitator. P/E is the number one premarital and marriage assessment for couples. Additionally, I am a certified Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis (T-JTA) counselor. The T-JTA is one of the most widely used assessments for individual, pre-marital, marital, and family counseling.
