I know that beginning counseling can be intimidating, so I strive to create a safe space to explore your story, wounds, and struggles in order to achieve healing and freedom. As a counselor, I believe in relationship and walking with people on their path to healing. You deserve to be free—free FROM past trauma or pain, and free TO live your life authentically and fully.
I have worked with many individuals of different ages through trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, current stressors, relational issues, and more. Through my EMDR training, I help people address past trauma. I want to work with you to discover the best treatment plan for you and your goals.
