I work with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship stress, life transitions, chronic stress, and self-worth. Our work goes beyond talking about problems. We get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, strengthen the foundation underneath your life, and create real, sustainable change. The goal is more clarity, stronger relationships, and greater self-trust.
My style is warm, engaged, and direct. I bring insight, honest feedback, and practical tools. I tend to be a strong fit for people who are ready to grow, invest in themselves, and create meaningful change. I offer therapy for adults in Maine via telehealth and in-person (Yarmouth) Tues–Thurs. I’m out-of-network and offer Thrizer to help with reimbursement.
