I practice psychodynamically, meaning I am looking to go beyond what's on the surface to explore with you together what may be underneath certain thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also integrate other modalities such as EFT, Gottman, EMDR, art techniques, and parts work, to meet your individual needs and goals.
