As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families who have felt similarly. As a therapist, I believe that all of my clients have strengths and the ability to find joy, work through pain, and engage in fulfilling relationships.
I love using a systemic, holistic approach to help my clients move towards change, and I have a certificate in Medical Family Therapy to help in this approach. I specialize in trauma and have training in EMDR, an effective form of trauma treatment. I also enjoy using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Gottman method.
