DO YOU FIND YOURSELF THINKING... "I wish I hadn't reacted that way. I feel like I am giving too much of myself to others. I feel burnt out. I wish I had a stronger sense of self. I've heard about intergenerational trauma, but I'm not sure what that might look like." If any of those statements sounded familiar, then you're in the right place. I'm here to help you explore those thoughts and behaviors in a trauma-informed, creative, and individualized way. Let's get curious together.
Everything that I do is informed by my knowledge of and trust in the body. I believe that the body has wisdom and that is has its own innate capacity for creative expression and communication. Dance and movement therapy is my primary therapeutic modality of choice to help you both find your body's own creativity and connect with your body's wisdom.
Simply put, I will work with you to understand your current state. I will then sit with you (and/or your family) and help you sift through where you can shift unconscious reactions into conscious responses to increase feelings of a strong sense of self, interdependence, and connection to both self and others.

In this open group, we will bond as pregnant people, gain comfort and understanding of our changing bodies, and learn how to connect with and sense the babies inside of us, all through a combination of verbal- and movement-based explorations.
