Over the course of this 8 week VIRTUAL group, we will be building skills to help: - increase stress tolerance - emotional regulation - coping and interpersonal skills. This group is also a great way for teens to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences, while still being in a therapeutic setting as they work to decrease the effects of anxiety and depression. Please reach out today if you would like to join or if you have any questions!

Please reach out today if you would like to join or if you have any questions! ? NOTE: This group is not currently open to allies, but if there is a strong interest in a group for allies, we would be more than happy to get one started.
