Together, we will work to solve current problems and improve resilience & confidence to tackle future challenges. We will work together to help you develop insights, skills, and healthier, more fulfilling patterns and connections. Together we will explore your story & the meaningful relationships in your life to help get you on the path to a happier, healthier you.
I welcome chosen family and all forms of partner/intimate relationships. The therapy I provide is LGBQIA+, trans/gender-diverse, and polyam/CNM affirmative and inclusive. I have worked with children as young as four and held family sessions with as many as eight people! So, don't hesitate to reach out and schedule your first session!
You will be able to meet with me remotely, from a place where you feel comfortable, and we can talk about the current struggles you are facing in life. My goal is to provide a safe & supportive environment for us to work together as you write your story of change & experience confidence & relief in the face of life's many challenges.

  • Couples Session Fee: $150 per session

Over the course of this 8 week VIRTUAL group, we will be building skills to help: - increase stress tolerance - emotional regulation - coping and interpersonal skills. This group is also a great way for teens to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences, while still being in a therapeutic setting as they work to decrease the effects of anxiety and depression.
