Do you find yourself feeling fine one moment and suddenly you're overwhelmed by distressing thoughts or confusing emotions? Do you feel like your body has been hijacked by sensations that you can't identify or pinpoint? Do you find yourself disconnected from your life and those things you once enjoyed doing? Have you ever experienced or seen something in the past that now invades your life on a daily basis? Have you ever just wanted to hide away from everything? I know that feeling and I'm telling you right now, you're not alone.
I work with clients who are navigating the murky waters of trauma, self-injury, disordered eating, and grief & loss. In an openly collaborative, respectfully curious, and client-driven pace, we will walk together to explore and embolden your inner resources, unique strengths, and the innate wisdom of the body.
When it feels like you're up the creek without a paddle, therapy can really come in handy. When you feel overloaded with nowhere to turn, the safe space we co-create can lessen that isolating pain. Together, we can stand up and reclaim your life from these challenges.

Caitlyn Budd's Groups
Resilient: Women's Sexual Assault Group
Sexual Assault is a form of sexual violence and subjugation in which a person is coerced or physically forced to engage in a sexual act against their will and without their consent. It is a violation in every sense of the word. It can have the power to shatter your sense of self, undermine your sense of safety, self-sufficiency, and connection with the body. At the very least, you may be feeling shame, terror, guilt, rage, and confusion. Through this group, we will fight to reclaim your life, your relationships, and your bodies back from sexual assault.
