I specialize in supporting clients facing challenges with anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive and obsessive thoughts and compulsions, eating disorders, body image, grief and loss, and trauma. I believe in the importance of finding your own voice, discovering and embracing your authenticity, and developing greater awareness that empowers you. Whatever your needs are, together we will meet those needs in a supportive, trauma-informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, while effectively working toward your therapeutic goals and needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDRIA-trained EMDR provider. I approach therapy in a holistic, active, and trauma-informed lens using evidence-based practices. I like to incorporate all unique aspects of my clients to cultivate healing and change, and support their wholeness, in creative, individualized ways that fosters growth and empowerment.
