I am an Imago couples therapist, and I work from a psychodynamic, relational lens. I see individuals and couples who want to change patterns or conflicts that come up again and again. I help couples understand how they show up in relationships: how history, attachment, and survival strategies shape the present, and how new ways of being can take root.
As a relational therapist, I’m not just a blank slate—I bring my authentic self into the room, along with my lived experience as a musician, expat, HSP, and partner, all of which shape my understanding of identity, belonging, and the quiet pressures people carry.
