I take a holistic approach with my clients to help them reach their counseling goals. I believe that working with the mind, body, and spirit will help you achieve a greater sense of awareness in your daily life. I use a combination of Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Somatic therapy techniques.
My personal counseling style is to help clients gain a better sense of self-love by building up their self-esteem and self-worth. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples.
