I work primarily with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. If you’re a bit quirky and looking for that to be celebrated, this is the place. My clients are most often in need of tools to navigate anxiety, depression, identity, life stressors and increasing self-esteem. They are on a journey to self betterment and want to examine themselves with a little help and curiosity.
I use an eclectic approach and consider myself a creative problem solver. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. I’m committed to creating a comfortable and non-judgmental space where you feel seen and respected. I’ll be there to listen, challenge, and support you along the way.
