My primary goal for therapy is to make each client feel safe to share their life story in order to begin healing. I view the therapeutic process as a joint effort in which I collaborate with my client to find the best approach to resolve any current struggles.
I have experience working with a diverse clientele for a wide range of issues such as, divorce, trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional abuse to name a few. I regularly work with individuals to overcome the challenges that are holding them back in their day-to-day lives.
I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, peaceful, and accepting therapeutic experience so that every client feels supported on the journey to emotional and mental well-being.
