I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Theories along with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work with a wide range of clients, though I specialize in working with teenagers (13-17), complex and childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, neurodivergence, and chronic illness and pain.
Taking the first step to seek help can be daunting, I get it. We often try to tackle our challenges alone, yet deep down, we yearn for someone to truly listen and support us.
