I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience working with adults and teenagers. My clients are often individuals who experience anxiety and OCD and have difficulty with burnout, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. Maybe you’re the “therapist” in your family or group of friends, often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected yourself.
I also work with folks navigating grief, loss, and related challenges. I am LGBTQIA+ and affirming, and support individuals navigating identity, sexuality, and related issues.
My approach to counseling is collaborative, interactive, and authentic (with a generous dash of humor)! I believe in approaching each individual and situation with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Therapy with me is integrative and combines multiple modalities depending on your specific needs.
I will support you in exploring the different parts of yourself that might be pulling in different directions, developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and learning to respond differently to difficult thoughts and emotions.
