Your child is your most precious gift and finding a therapist to help them navigate life’s most sensitive and difficult moments can feel like an impossible and daunting challenge - a challenge I do not take lightly. As a child/adolescent therapist, I specialize in providing healing to children experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or any other form of familial disruption. I promise to provide a safe and nurturing space for your children to explore and process life's challenges here at my warm and welcoming therapy play room in Greenville, SC. Here, they will be met with unconditional love, acceptance and compassion.
I primarily provide healing in the form of narrative therapy, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I love utilizing artistic expression, such as drawing and collaging within my therapeutic interventions as well. Most importantly, I provide parent therapy and family therapy in tandem with individual therapy, which I have found to be very effective.
It is my personal belief that therapy is an opportunity to rewrite life's difficulties as life's opportunities for growth and development.
