My passion is to provide therapeutic healing to children and their families. I promise to provide a safe and nurturing space for your children to explore and process life's challenges. Whether it be anxiety, depression, grief, or any other form of familial disruption, I am prepared to meet your child and your family with love, acceptance and compassion.
I am happy to provide healing in the form of narrative therapy, play therapy, experiential therapy, sand tray therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Not only will I support your child through these times of healing, but I will support the entire family unit in family therapy, which I happily provide in tandem with child/adolescent individual therapy.
I believe that therapy is an opportunity to rewrite life's challenges as life's opportunities for growth and development.
